Fun and busy weekend!

We have a new duck at the farm. Her name is Noami (Khaki Campbell Duck) and she came from Va with Mary P. I really like her.
I went to the Local Foods Dinner on Saturday night at Dickinson College and my bestest friend from the PASA conference was there!! We had so much fun.
On friday I went to Meadowbrook Gourds with Gran, Mommy, Jess and Katrina and we painted gourd Easter eggs.
Katrina and I each painted 6 eggs, so much fun.
At playgroup on friday we had an Easter egg hunt. We got chocolate!

Easter Gourd Egg Hunt

We went to Meadowbrooke Gourds on Saturday for a gourd egg hunt. It was alot of fun.
Charles and I really enjoy the station wagon.

My cow Fish had a heifer calf yesterday. I took this picture myself. She was born breach, luckily Dr Doug (our vet) was already here so he and Daddy managed to deliver her fast enough! Phew. Fish was born on my birthday and this is the first heifer calf she has had.

The weather finally ! got nice enough that I could go to market again!
I attended my first Pony Club mounted meeting. Here I am riding Sylphie.

We went to the Open Barn at Otterbein Acres on Saturday. I got to hold a baby chick and see the lambs and pigs. And eat BBQ chicken and donuts.

Mom and I went to the Please Touch Children's Museum in Gettysburg with Playgroup on Friday. Here Katrina and I are working in the Art Room

Catch Up! Freshfarm Market by the Whitehouse

We started a new farmers market in September. The Freshfarm Market by the Whitehouse. And we got to see Michelle Obama ring the opening bell.

It was a rainy but there were still lots of people.
and lots of security. Here we are waiting to go through the metal detectors.
